AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING

Standard delivery in Australia is free for all orders above $80.

For Australian orders below $80, the delivery costs will be shown at checkout.
Your order will be shipped via Auspost within 1-3 business days. Once we've shipped your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

If you'd like your order despatched immediately, please email us at hello@sennbeauty.com The rush order fee is $5 to have it despatched the next business day.

If you need your order within the next few days, we do offer an express shipping option via Australia Post (1-3 business days delivery if no delays).

RETURNS

We have a 7-day refund policy if your order arrives broken or faulty in undamaged packaging, to which a replacement will be shipped out free of charge or broken/faulty item refunded.
If you've taken up Shipping Protection, this will cover packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.
Unfortunately, we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges hence please choose carefully and contact us for any queries.
