DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In rare cases of receiving genuinely defective or damaged Senn Beauty Gel Nail Wraps, rest assured that we will promptly address the issue. Your satisfaction is our priority. Contact us, and we'll swiftly arrange a replacement or refund for affected products. We stand by our product quality and strive to meet our high standards.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 7 days. If more than 7 days have gone by since receipt of goods, unfortunately we can’t guarantee you a refund or exchange.
Please choose carefully as we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges.

All purchases are final, if you'd like to cancel your order, there will be a 9.5% processing fee.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

If you've taken up Shipping Protection, this will cover packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. Coverage takes effect immediately following checkout and continues until goods are delivered safe and sound. Full refunds and replacements are not guaranteed for lost/missing/damaged parcels if shipping protection wasn't added to your order.

If Shipping Protection was taken and your item arrives broken or faulty, we'll arrange for a replacement shipped out free of charge or broken/faulty item refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
